Duro-Last warranties are issued in writing after Duro-Last inspects your finished roof, with no cap on covered repairs. Financing available on all three. When a project calls for it, we can also install Conklin and American WeatherStar coating systems or spray foam.

A FAR restoration is built right on top of the roof you already have, creating one continuous membrane over the seams, gaps and penetrations where roofs fail.
Prep and repair
We clean, prime and seal problem spots with FAR's fiber-infused sealants.

FiberSeal Base seals seams and bridges gaps. No fabric or seam tape.
Finish coat
A bright, reflective white finish coat completes one seamless membrane.

When a roof is past saving, we install a Duro-Last PVC or TPO system over new polyiso insulation that adds R-value and saves energy — on steel, wood or concrete decks.

Yes. A full inspection and a photo report with repairs ranked by priority. No cost, no obligation.
How do I know whether to restore or replace?
If the deck is sound and the roof is mostly dry, a FAR restoration can add years for less than a tear-off. Widespread water damage usually means a new Duro-Last roof is the better investment. The free inspection tells you which.
What warranties do you offer?
Every job we do carries our own written warranty. On top of that, Duro-Last inspects every Duro-Last roof we install and backs it with a No Dollar Limit warranty of 15–25 years, with hail and high-wind coverage available. FAR: 10–20 years, documented in writing.
TPO or PVC?
Duro-TECH TPO fits most commercial buildings and budgets. Duro-Last PVC is our premium membrane and resists grease, oils and chemicals — ideal for restaurants and food processors.
Do you use subcontractors?
Never. Every roof is installed by our own crew, and Michael or David Mast is directly involved on every job. No subs, no distant foreman — just us.
Will my business need to close?
No. Whether we restore or replace, we work around your operations so your business stays open the whole time.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on restorations and replacements. A restoration may also count as a maintenance expense — ask your tax advisor.
Can you help with a hail or wind claim?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos and help you through the claim.
Do you install other systems?
Yes. We install metal roofs, including standing seam, and when a project calls for it we also install spray foam, Conklin and American WeatherStar systems.
